Nonetheless, there might be instances where the product you have ordered ends up being faulty, incompatible, or different from the one you have ordered. Regardless of the situation, we are here to address it and will provide excellent customer service by resolving the issue. Unless otherwise stated, all products come with a 30-day replacement warranty.
Return Eligibility:
Make sure to report an issue and request RMA within 30 days of the order received. After 30 days of the delivery date, no returns will be accepted. We will not issue refunds or replacements if you return without RMA.
Return Process:

- When we receive your return request, our team will analyze the information given and determine if it aligns with our return requirements. This evaluation is essential to confirm the validity and eligibility of your return.
- Upon approval of your return request, you will receive RMA and detailed guidelines on how to safely package the item for its return. It is essential to adhere to these instructions closely to prevent any potential damage during the shipping process.
- Once we have received the returned item, we will perform a comprehensive inspection to confirm if it’s in the same condition it was sent. This inspection is crucial in aiding us in determining the next steps and the appropriate course of action.
- That’s it! We will either process the refund or ship the replacement product to you as per your request.
Restocking Fee:
You will be charged a restocking fee under some circumstances mentioned below;
- Defective/Faulty Products: No restocking fee if there is an issue with the product you have received.
- Wrong Product: No restocking fee if you have received a wrong product and not what you have ordered.
- Non-Defective Products: You will be charged a 25% restocking fee if there’s nothing wrong with the product you have received.
- Defective Products Inspection: There will be a 25% restocking fee if no fault is identified after inspection by our engineers.
- Brand New Product: If a brand new product returned without original packing or if the seal has been opened, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
- Wrong Product Ordered: There’s a 25% restocking fee if you have ordered a wrong product without confirming compatibility with our support team before placing the order.
- Change of Mind: There’s a 25% restocking fee if you want to cancel the order because it’s no longer needed or you have changed your mind.
- Cancellation After Shipping: If you want to cancel the order after the product is shipped, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Products:
There are certain products that are not eligible for returns like backordered items or products shipping directly from distributors or manufacturers, etc. However, we will notify you before processing the order. We will not process the order for non-refundable products without customer’s acknowledgment.
Return/Refund Refusal:
We have a right to decline refund or return if the following conditions apply:
- Product Condition: If the product returned is not in the same condition it was sent. Like missing original packaging, missing components, etc.
- Refund Window: If you contact for return or refund after 30 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Refundable Products: We will take customer’s acknowledgement for non-refundable products before processing the order and the refund will not be issued for those products.
Return Address & Shipping:
Our customer support team will provide a return address when they issue the RMA and it’s mandatory to return to the correct address otherwise you might face a delay in receiving the refund. We will cover the return shipping cost if there’s something wrong with the product received. If not, you will pay for the return shipping.
